We have a standard $49 diagnostic trip fee to send a fully equipped service truck to your home. However, if you choose to have us perform the repair work on the same day, we completely waive that fee.
For standard service and repairs, there is no cancellation penalty if cancelled before the technician is dispatched. For custom-ordered garage doors or large installation projects, we require a 30% downpayment, which is non-refundable once the door materials have been ordered from the manufacturer.

Billing and Estimates
Our technicians will generate an invoice for you once they are complete. Payment is
due
at the time of service. Our third-party payment processor accepts all main credit
and
debit cards.
We only accept credit or debit cards.
We provide transparent and simple pricing for our customers, and work hard so our
estimates can be accurate. Sometimes, unforeseen circumstances may change the scope
of the project and the final invoice amount may be higher than our original
estimate. In the situation that this
happens, your technician or a project manager will be able to better assess the
cost differential.
